Main therapeutic efficacies include chronic skin diseases, chronic feminine ailments, cuts, diabetes, hypertension, and arteriosclerosis.

Hot spring name Sakihana Onsen Well No. 6 The source of Sakihana Onsen Sakihana Onsen is a sulfur hot spring, but the sulfur is not too strong, and it has a reputation as a "spa for beautiful skin."
Since it is not harsh on the skin, there is minimal worry about an adverse reaction to the water, and everyone—young and old, male and female—can relax with confidence in this "body-friendly spa."
Sulfur hot springs are furthermore effective for treating conditions like arteriosclerosis, hypertension, and diabetes, while positive effects can also be expected for lifestyle-related diseases more prevalent in males.
In terms of its qualities, Sakihana Onsen is a sulfur-type spring with weak alkalinity, and in terms of its components, it satisfies requirements to be classified as a sulfate spring. Thus this spring possesses three of the four ideal qualities for hot spring water with a skin beautifying effect.

[Precautions when bathing]
Sulfur can corrode metals, so rings, necklaces, or bracelets worn while bathing will become dark and discolored. Before bathing, please either check items at the front desk, or put them in the safe in your room or a locker in the changing room. If items become discolored, rubbing lightly with toothpaste and water will restore them to their original condition. Also, they should return to their original condition if left for about 10 days, but please be aware that some metals may not recover completely. We ask guests to take sufficient care and in case of discoloration, we recommend taking action as soon as possible.
